"Check in was horrible, showed up at 1:30 they said nicely check in is at 4:00, ok I’ll come back at 4, I come back at 4, and they tell me room is still not ready and I say it’s 4, she says rudely check in starts at 4 but that doesn’t guarantee your room is ready, ok I’ll wait, then the guy receptionist gets in a scream match with another customer because his room wasn’t ready! Finally get a room, the hotel itself is ran down, the room itself was just ok but had a bad odor, all the beach wash down water was not working. The positive was the beach is amazing. And walking distance to several restaurants, I think for 300 dollars a night you can do much better. Will absolutely not stay here again!"

"Me ,my three boys my daughter and her friend stayed from Wednesday till Sunday and we had no room service so we had no clean towels and they only have two washing machines working for the facility….. I asked for room service twice but didn’t get it, That will be the only time I would stay when we go on another trip………."

"No paper in bathrooms not towels , only one blanket for the whole family , no shampoo conditioner , bottles were there but empty , coffee maker didn’t work and old as well was dirty when received, tv had no WiFi options and no channels , only good thing was the beautiful view to sea but if you don’t smoke yourself you’ll smell like marihuan in the pool ppl smoke freely disgusting having your kid there and ppl smoking this thing "
