There are two reasons for the 4 star (more like a 4.5):One was that there was a smell coming from the shower train. It wasn’t sewage, but was unpleasant. "We had a wonderful stay at James Place. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Short walk to the private beach, practically had it all to ourselves.
