"I'll just start off by saying " you pay for what you get" this place is steps away from the beach, has car rental services across the street and another one down the road, many souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants, market store and walgreens 8mins away from SJU airport and free hotel parking. It's a 10/10 for location. However the hotel itself is run down. always an elevator thats out of services the floor is unleveled the buttons would stick, Room is ice cold which is great with the heat....

"The decor, the upkeep the amenities! Unfortunately the neighbor I properties need work and are unkept but won’t keep me from staying at casa costera in the future. My family and I loved it!"

"The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot."
