“We were 4 couples and wanted a house that had ensuite bedrooms. This worked. It is an old house with lots of charm and clean but the vanity in our room really needed to be replaced. The doors had fallen off and the sink was all stained. A couple of the mattresses needed replacing. They caved in the middle. The owner was very reachable. When we called to see if they have cable for TV as we wanted to watch the debate she answered her phone immediately. We used our accounts to watch it on……

“Beautiful spot! Neat as a pin. Lovely, large deck to enjoy the views, and soak up the final rays of September sun. Had a BBQ one evening and dined al fresco. Quick and easy entrance right next to the cottage to enjoy a walk on the ocean floor at low tide. A couple of us took the beach chairs supplied by the hosts and enjoyed a sip of wine way out on the cove one day. Convenient outdoor shower to rinse away the salty water and sand. “Great beach and views on a quieter side of PEI. Family and dog friendly with plenty of shellfish to catch at lower tides. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals. Would gladly stay again!”

“Great spot for large family gathering. We enjoyed the spacious, charming old home on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Summerside near the water. The house has lots of light and is tastefully furnished. There are rather minimal furnishings -- no bedside reading lamps, limited dishes and pots and pans, etc. But overall very pleasant.”
