“I’m sure it was an oversight by cleaning staff but there were things left in the refrigerator from the previous guests. The floor in the bathroom and sink area was still soapy like it had been mopped with too much soap because it was very slippery and a little dirty looking. Other than that the things that mattered most to me were very well done. The rest of the room was spotless and beds smelled fresh and clean. “Not able to use the pool, people were sitting in groups in the parking lot drinking, eating, sitting in lawn chairs in open parking paces. The pool was so full of people, it was dangerous to let our small children get in it. The next morning the outside area was littered with fast food containers. Our room was dirty and had bugs in the beds. The other guests in neighboring rooms allowed their young children to room around outside up and down to walkway past midnight. We felt unsafe all……

“They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway.”

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items……

“Well the good. The girls working the front desk were awesome, very nice gals. Thevgal in housekeeping very nice as well as the guy helping. The property and elevator was disgusting. People staying there very nice. The office area was clean.The room needed to be power cleaned tub was disgusting full of mildew. Under bed hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. If they want to buy all these hotels, either hire enough help or start cleaning this is the United Stayes not India. Some of them……

“Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft.”
