4BR Beach Haven Retreat Perfect for families with TEENS!

This charming Cape Cod offers a large front porch and Bay views. We are 2.5 blocks from the beach and 5 houses from the bay. Upper level is open concept, includes bright living and dining areas with a fully stocked kitchen . The main living area has 2 bedrooms as well as 1 1/2 baths providing comfort and privacy for guests. The ground level has a separate entrance with a bedroom suite consisting of open concept TV lounge, ping pong, 2 partitioned sleep areas and a half bath. Ideal for teens or extended family. We have a wonderful private back yard oasis with access to an enclosed detached garage turned into an outdoor entertaining hub ,complete with TV, Bar and plenty of comfy seating. This home has everything you need for a memorable LBI escape.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The main level was clean and nicely decorated, and we especially enjoyed the backyard and game room. It was a short walk to the bay for sunsets, which was a highlight. Our group included four adults, a toddler, and a baby, and the space worked well overall. The host was responsive and even offered early check-in.That said, a few things that impacted our stay would have been helpful to know in advance. We knew there was an outdoor entrance to the basement, but not that it was the only option, and the bedrooms there have curtains instead of doors—so the space wasn’t usable for kids as we had planned. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.) and toilet paper are not provided. We only found out about the latter the day before arrival via text, and this was not clearly stated in the listing or emails. The house also has no bath (only showers); we knew this from the listing, but it’s worth flagging for families with babies. Finally, checkout required much more than typical in our many other rental experiences: vacuuming all floors, remaking beds after removing linens, replacing garbage bags in every room, and fully staging the house for the next guest. These chores took significant time away from our last night and rushed our morning of departure.Overall, we enjoyed the home, location, and host responsiveness, but clearer communication on the basement, linens, and checkout expectations would have made this a five-star stay.

A dream for families w young & older children!

We had such a wonderful stay at the beach house! From check-in to check-out, the communication with the owner was absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and super helpful every step of the way.The layout of the property worked perfectly for our group. The teens loved having their own separate space, while the little ones stayed upstairs with us, which made it easy to keep an eye on them. It honestly felt more like a tropical compound than just a house—tons of space to spread out and relax.The backyard was a dream, and the garage-turned-barn was such a fun and unique entertaining spot. We spent a lot of time out there just hanging out and enjoying the vibe.Everything was super walkable, including the beach, which was only two blocks away—an easy stroll for both the young and the older folks in our group. And the sunsets? Absolutely incredible. This place gave us a perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation. We can’t wait to rent this home again!
