Parking is for 2 cars only, at all times.
Propane refills to be provided by tenant . Tenant has choice of full security of $1000 or purchase of damage insurance- non refundable with $500 security deposit . If damage insurance is declined, Security is $1000.
Home to be left move in ready for sanitizing crew and Grill MUST be cleaned or cleaning fee and grill cleaning deducted from security. Check in no earlier than 3PM .
