"Overall this was an exceptionally beautiful property in an ideal location and we had a wonderful stay. The drawbacks were few but not entirely inconsequential; though we would definitely book the property again. We did not realize that night swimming/use of the spa was not allowed and had the listing stated so clearly, we may possibly have looked elsewhere as a private house with a private pool was our #1 item with the specific intention of quiet, but at night, swimming. This was definitely a disappointment but not the end of the world. The only other difficulty was the Welcome binder with instructions for the pool and spa operation were not listed anywhere and we could not find them for the majority of the first day - there was no indication or listing where to find them but the host was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated a great deal. The home itself is absolutely lovely, comfortable, and with almost every amenity one could ask for. The amount of options provided for entertainment, the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms, perfect couch for a comfy and cozy movie night were all top notch."

"A wonderful find! Steps to the beach, from ocean front rooms to the condo’s on the bay. The staff is meticulous in detail and friendly in every aspect. The Turtle Club restaurant was terrific and you can choose to sit inside or a more casual spot on the beach area they own, with white sand. The rooms are minimalist and tight around the bed. The daybeds are comfortable (the sheets are on them already. The mini kitchen has what you need if you want to cook but no oven. This is a family owned business and with that said, you feel the comfort and kindness with every staff member. The beach server talked to us for a bit and said she has worked there for 29 years and now her children work there now as well. Love it!! "

"We had incredible stay, from pre-booking to post-stay we had fluid communication. The home absorbed our group of 11 perfectly and we leveraged the Pizza Oven and outdoor amenities after spending hours on the beach via the bikes and full suite of anything you could need for a family day on the sand. Location is ideal, close to everything. "
