"Our host Sydney was wonderful. We had a lovely time. The only suggestion that we found was missing was a lamp in the living area because the overall light was too bright at night, so a lamp with diffused light would’ve been a lot easier on the eyes. overall, the place is beautiful and our experience was very lovely. "Hunts Point Cottages are a hidden gem! You are right on the beach, they provided kayaks, a paddle boat, paddle boards and lots of kids and family games. "We stayed in the cottage right next to the beach. The cottage was comfortable and clean. It was well equipped for a vacation stay. The entrance to the beach was right next to us, making it easy for us to get to/from the beach (important due mobility challenges), and we got to meet a few people by virtue of that proximity too. Sydney was positive, accommodating, and quick to respond. Great stay, already have another stay booked."

"We had a very interesting stay. We were booked into Suite 132 and there was an interesting sound above our heads - it sounded as though a child were bouncing a ball on the floor above- " bonk bonk.....bonk bonk..." at various intervals and various places on the ceiling. Trouble is, we were on the top floor and no one-way above. Well we summoned the hotel staff promptly attended and before long, 4 men were present - 1 in the attic, 1 on the roof, and 2 more on our floor guiding the others to the noise with their phones. We were immediately offered another room when the hotel crew couldn't identify the source of the sound - another beautiful room overlooking the river where we slept like logs. The next morning, we had an amazing hot, fresh breakfast in the dining room and when we inquired about the sound, even after the staff so diligently searched, they remained perplexed. Perhaps a ghost story?"
