「Good position in the heart of a quaint village.」

「Good location, parking was plentiful and appeared safe. Hotel room was clean as were the linens and towels however our room was above the bar and you could hear people chatting downstairs. The shower was small but functional, although the shower door was broken. Corridors to the rooms were tired and needed some tlc. Unfortunately we had to leave early so couldn't enjoy breakfast to it's fullest but the buffet bit was well stocked although some pastries would have been welcome as we couldn't...

「Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in.」

「An excellent location right in the heart of King's Lynn, directly across the road from the Minster and in easy reach of shops and bars. The food was excellent in the bar, plenty of variety too. The range of beers etc also very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay there again. Ideal for visiting Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coastal area Breakfast was taken nearby at a local cafe.」

「Place was immaculate. View of the fields was great. Local to where we needed to go and also very close to Swaffham town centre. Parking spaces clearly marked.」

I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and flexible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and felt it offered...

「I was double charged and had to pay again at the property having already prepaid on expedia. We didn't have the breakfast as it was too difficult to work out where to go.」

「Great place to stay for Forest Live. Hotel is lovely, warm and welcoming. It was a warm day so quite hot inside but we spent time outside in the huge gardens, the bar was open and we sat next to the river. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit and proper butchers sausages! Would definitely stay again.」
