「The entire hotel is filthy starting with the lobby, elevators, hallways and then to the room, not to mention the whole place smells terrible. Checked in, went to room, went straight back downstairs to check out and the terribly rude front desk clerk refused to refund our money including the $100 incidental charge. We left without even staying there. Awful! Do not stay here!!」

「This place was perfect for my needs. I walked to Progressive field in 10 minutes.
Smelled clean. Dirt on our socks from walking on the floors told another tale. Location is perfect
I have one complaint.
Parking. You need a very small vehicle to use their free parking. I was unable to get into the spot with my Subaru Forester.」

「excellent food options nearby and fully stocked kitchen-fridge is outside your door- Slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Has comfortable beds, stayed here twice with increasingly nosy strange neighbors that don't appear happy their neighbor is a B&B - overall vibe "invasive".
