Trails End-Home near downtown Beaufort

This charming 1940s cottage on Gordon Street in Beaufort captures the allure of a historic home. Nestled just a couple of blocks from Taylor’s Creek. Built when Beaufort was a quaint fishing village, the home retains its vintage beauty with cozy wood floors and cabinets.

The white picket fence and inviting front porch, complete with a swing, provide the perfect setting for enjoying a cool lemonade on a hot day. Inside, the cottage feels both cozy and spacious, featuring two bedrooms with queen beds and a third room with a twin daybed and trundle, offering ample space for guests.

Explore downtown Beaufort, strolling along Front Street to spot wild horses on Shackleford Banks or dolphins in the creek. Discover local cafes, boutiques, dining spots, and art galleries. With a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, this cottage ensures a delightful stay, making it an ideal retreat for your vacation aspirations.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
