Great stay

We had a great time in Grange Madeleine. House was clean and fully equipped. Weather was very hot, so we loved the private swimming pool very much. Te garden is very big and enjoyable. And there are a lot of beautiful places to visit in the neighborhood . Perfect place to stay with a dog if he/she is not very eager to escape (our dog is not). We will never forget the call of the pygme owl that we heard every evening….

The house is perfect for a small family but it has to taken onto account that there are no separate bedrooms. The garden and the pool are great and the neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. The house is fully furnished and perfectly equipped. Negatively I would mention that WLAN is not stable and that 2 (out of 4) of the pool loungers are kind of broken and need to be replaced.

We had a fabulous time, the house had everything we needed. Fantastic big enclosed garden, great for our golden retriever! Although we felt that it needed a bit more TLC, sweeping of leaves and cutting of the grass beyond the pool. A maintenance man came once a week to clean the pool. In between the cleans leaves did form at the bottom of the pool which I would have been happy to clear but the net was locked away. However, It wasn’t a big issue. The location was perfect, very quiet, surrounded by mountains. We would definitely recommended staying here, thank you.

Gezellig charmant huisje, mooie omgeving en leuke dorpjes en stadjes in de buurt. Aangenaam en zeer proper zwembad. Jammer dat de tuin wat verwaarloosd was (was niet zoals op de foto's) en er nogal wat stofnetten in het huis hingen. De tuin is niet deftig omheind want de eerste dagen kregen we bezoek van honden uit de buurt die een put begonnen te graven voor het terras. De vriendelijke buurman heeft ons een plank gegeven om erover te leggen. We moesten onze hond binnen houden omdat ze bang was van de 2 honden. Verder leuke vakantie gehad!

Ruhe und Erholung in der Grange Madeleine

Ein wunderschönenes Haus mit ganz viel Charme , auch mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden genug Platz ! Es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht und noch viel mehr . Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und der Pool mit seiner Holzterasse unser Lieblingsort zum Lesen . Man ist dort wirklich sehr privat und die Ruhe und die Natur lassen die Hektik des Alltags schnell vergessen. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt lange Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren unternehmen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, bis zur Ardeche sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten. Ein großes Lob an Nicolas , der die Grange Madeleine zu einem außergewöhnlichem Ort gemacht hat . Auch waren er und seine nette Betreuung vor Ort immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in der Grange Madeleine.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la grange madeleine . L’annonce est très précise et correspond totalement au bien mis à disposition . Nous sommes absolument ravis des procédures d’entrée et de sortie . Gemütliches Haus und sehr schöne Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Grange Madeleine. Das Haus ist urig aus alten Steinen und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist idyllisch und der Pool sauber und schön. Schöne Wege zum Spazierengehen direkt vor der Haustür.

- On a aimé: résidence correspondant bien au descriptif de l’annonce, bon accueil, propriétaire soucieux du bien être de ces locataires, la piscine, le calme, le jardin. - On a moins aimé : la puissance de la climatisation un peu juste par rapport à la surface du logement pendant les périodes très chaudes. Lit parental un peu court en longueur pour les grands (mais conforme au descriptif), je préfère les lits sans barreau. En somme, bon séjour à la hauteur de ce que l’on espérait.

Ruhige Lage mit großem Garten und Pool

Umgebaute Scheune in ruhiger Lage mit schönem und sehr großen Garten. Leider war es zu der Zeit so heiß, dass es trotz Klimaanlage auch nachts im Haus noch sehr warm war. Ansonsten sehr gut geeignet für einen entspannten Urlaub nahe der Ardeche Schlucht!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la grange Madeleine ! Nicolas et son épouse ont été très accueillants et disponibles. La maison et le jardin sont extrêmement agréables, et bien adaptés/sécurisés pour notre petit de 1 an et demi. Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description ! À noter que la piscine n'était pas utilisable pendant notre séjour (normal au mois d'avril...), comme nous l'avait précisé Nicolas par téléphone dès notre réservation.

Endroit très calme et belle propriété Agencement parfait pour notre gout. Dommage que le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous Dommage aussi petite tromperie par rapport à l'annonce ABRITEL : piscine OK mais pas utilisable en cette période.
