「Liam was great in communicating with us both before and during our stay! The place is lovely and just a short walk to cute shops and restaurants in Old Yucaipa. It was perfect for our trip to see family!」

「Stay was wonderful, there was a hiccup with one of the appliances but it was quickly coordinated and resolved the next day. Very family friendly, quiet neighbors, stone throw away from Big Bear village and not to mention the lake access was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. That communication with the company is a very big deal for me. Knowing that I can reach the manager and have issues resolved right away is a big indicator of how this company works....

「Overall very happy with the location. It isnt a ski in/ski out but its a very short walk to snow summit. Its perfect for families with small kids since you can walk from the slopes back to the unit fairly quickly. We will be staying in the same area when we go back to big bear. 」

「Well appointed, heating worked great. Comfortable and spacious for a small family. Easy access and within 5 mins of village. Would stay again for sure.」

「This cabin was more ont he modern side, but did not dissapoint. All amenities matched the online description. I appreciate the carpet becasue from past canin experiences, hardwood floors make the cabin cold so the carpet was good to preserve the warmth. The pool and hot tub were both clean. The place was clean and stocked up on basics, for arriving and leaving. Thank you far having us!」

「Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!」
