「I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this...

「The location was perfect. Right at the bottom of the lift. We stayed here for a summer mountain biking trip. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「I'm a 75ish old guy who likes to ski storms and I hit a great one for my stay. The ideal element of this place was its immediate proximity to the slope—true ski-in-ski-out in three feet of new snow. The jacuzzi tub was very, very nice, and the view from the master bedroom to the slopes was brilliant. I dug out the car twice, (wish there had been a garage) but the run out of the parking spot was down hill. and the very active work on the part of the HOA made sure I was dug out for an early...

「The complex is beautiful and the condo has a nice view of the lake and is steps from the pool and the dock. The kids had a great time catching frogs and attempting to catch fish!」

「This was our third annual trip to Big Bear Lake and this was our favorite spot. The location is incredibly central with a short walk to the marina, the village and of course, Tropicali (no trip is complete without). In 5 days, the only time we got in the car was to go to the Alpine Coaster. The view of the lake is wonderful, parking is easy and the condo is very clean and well laid-out. The TV was a great size and pretty new also. We used the grill every night and ate dinner on the deck. 」
