「As planned, host promised 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests for a 2 night stay. Upon entering the VRBO, we were met with a heavy smell 」

「Great place with everything you need and more!」

「This was a nice and convenient stay for me. The place is in excellent order and the owner is very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Very nice beautiful place highly recommend.」

「The house initially looked clean but wasn’t. We put our grandson in his mobile walker while we unloaded and unpacked and when we were done, the bottoms of his feet were black. Under sinks not clean, lots of debris and dead spiders under the bathroom garbage can so that floor was also not cleaned. We all have spider bites and we killed multiple spiders over 3 days. It made us question the cleanliness of sheets and towels. The back patio was gross so we didn’t ever sit outside in the evening....

「The cabin was lovely and bigger than expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean and organized. My favorite thing was the fenced backyard because we had our dog with us and he was able to run around freely. Communication was great and quick with the host.」

「Quiet nights with steady temp control helped me feel rested every morning after late work sessions at home desk setup in room corner.」

「Everything was great except communication with the host. 」

「La Petite was lovely, impeccably clean, and very tastefully decorated. The proximity to town is perfection. One note to those bringing a dog: the internal spiral staircase is narrow and could be treacherous from some dogs; our dog did not want to use it and even if she did, I wouldn't be comfortable with her using them to go downstairs. Fortunately, there is an outdoor staircase that leads to the bedroom/bathroom upstairs and that is what we used to take her upstairs at bedtime. It was...

「A small cabin for 5 people. Beautiful cabin for a quick trip in Idyllwild.」

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「I would happily stay here again for the price and location. Beautiful, clean, spacious and peacefully away from the tourists! However, note: there is no laundry machines, no ac, no trash removal, and the 3 steep, tall steps to the house could be a chore for elderly or disabled.」

「The cabin was an awesome place to stay with that forrest and nature feeling. It was very clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and very reasonable. They had all the essentials you needed. I will definitely be staying here again. And I highly recommend that others do the same. Big Bear was a quick weekend get-away. Wish it was longer.」

「A great place for a family weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen items. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and back deck sitting among the trees.」
