"We were very warmly welcomed at the Chateau by the friendly staff who kindly carried our cases up the winding stairs to a very comfortable spacious room. Despite the age of the Chateau the room had all the 'mod-cons' one hopes for these days. The bathroom had both a lovely outsized bath and a separate rain shower with good water pressure and modern fittings. The bed was a large king size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Wij waren met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen, maar vonden het qua servies en glazen wel wat behelpen. Meer borden en glaswerk was prettig geweest. Perfect stopover with secure parking
"Our favourite place to stop when heading into France. Only two hours eurotunnel or ferries at Calais. Secure parking (gated) is the main reason we first stayed and now we appreciate the 24hr front desk when arriving late after travel delays. Our 4th year staying here and the service is always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has just what you need, eggs and bacon, plus several breads, yogurt and cereals. Petrol and large Cassino supermarket 4 mins away also. "
