"The person on duty when we entered was very welcoming and informative. Our room was very clean and enjoyable. We will stay here again as our half way stopping point to our winter destination. "No issue with the property per se - I had reserved and paid for a room via Expedia $85, when I arrived at hotel, the reservation was not in the computer system so I had to pay for a room again $80. Hotel said if reservation came thru, it would be cancelled. Following day, both charges posted to my debit so I got double charged, hotel verified this after I called to question it, they suggested I talk to Expedia or corporate Whyndam. Expedia contacted hotel and hotel claimed I was not charged, etc...

"friendly staff. i didnt read prior reviews of this property otherwise i probably would not have booked... but i always check the room for bugs before settling in.. i found no bugs thankfully as other reviews have stated. i highly recommend the property invest in a better vacuum... as a hotel that accepts pets you should have a vacuum that gets their hair out the carpet.. so much animal hair on the carpet...i woke up a bit stuffy because of it. it was cheap and convenient for what i needed and...
