"The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. The indoor pool was really nice and private. The external view of the compound/resort was not appealing due to renovation and there were a lot...
