“Room was clean and AC was cooling but hallways were hot and humid. Breakfast was from 6-10am but not juice machine was gross and toaster didn't toast, only warm up, even on the highest setting, they really need to upgrade and replace it. Pool was open but water was very cloudy and not a heated space. Laundry and gym room was clean and all equipment was operational”

“The hotel appears to be understaffed. The elevator was out of order for several hours when I arrived, and the desk clerk was attempting to fix it by himself. The hotel is not up to the same standard as other La Quintas in cleanliness and renovations. For example, common area carpets appeared old and stained. Also, this is the first La Quinta I've stayed at that had an extra charge for having a dog. One of the reasons I stay at La Quintas is that this is usually free. The charge was only $25, but……

But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom.”

“After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to……

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”
