Overall good but time to refurbish

Nice location with the beautiful bamboo park and the zoo just across the road. The 40 sqm room felt spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was nicely cleaned. The hotel is named New Century but really it feels like stepping into the previous century, it's time to refurbish the rooms. The lobby looks nice though. From time to time there was smell of smoking in the room, not terrible but not very pleasent either. Unsure where it came from. Like many other places in Beijing not all members of the staff speak English. We did not try the breakfast or restaurants at the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the next building with decent sandwiches which is where we had breakfast instead.

기본적인 것이 잘 갖추어진 호텔입니다 특히 종업원들의 서비스 정신이 너무나 훌륭합니다 끝까지 고객을 도우려는 자세는 제가 여태껏 이용했던 그 어느 호탤 보다도 훌륭합니다 딱 하나 웹상으로 호텔에서 북경 국제 전시장까지 45분으로 나왔는데 이것은 거짓말입니다 90분 정도걸리고 차기 막히면 2시간 걸립니다 이때문에 저는 너무나도 힘들었습니다

Overall a good hotel to stay.

First time staying at Nikko New Century Beijing. Overall stay was good. Well located in Beijing as it not too far from most places to visit in Beijing. Hotel amenities is a bit aged but still acceptable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again for sure when visiting Beijing.

バスタブの栓が壊れていて、埃が落ちていました。日本語NGなのは仕方ありませんが、夜の緊急事態等で英語も厳しいスタッフがいるのは困ります。食事は美味しく、今回携帯紛失のトラブルにもスタッフ3人が各所への連絡等に尽力してくれました。以上を総合して普通の評価です。
