酒店地點在望京比較偏僻的地方，周圍比較荒涼，最大的優點可能就是里旁邊的科技園區近吧。去吃飯都基本要打車才可以。酒店屬於五星級，房間裝修尚可，硬件設施中規中矩，入住體驗算舒適但無太大亮點。

Good but not convenient
You have to take taxi whenever you need to go out, for dinner, shopping, lunch or even the nearest Station. But the Hotel facilities is great, the room is clean and big. Comfortable, and you can also do some exercise, like GYM, or Swim. If you just want to stay at a comfortable hotel, that will be good. Don't forget to book the Buffet breakfast as well.

horrible service, lost booking. wasted afternoon
could not find my booking. had me wait 2 hours at the lobby and on the phone with Hotels.com. Neither party would cancel and refund me after the 2 hour wait. became very angry and annoyed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. will never use Hotels.com again.

Hotel stay was fine but could use some updates.
The hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room and it was clean. I think the hotel may allow smoking in the rooms (I actually didn’t ask for one but should have in hindsight) and you can certainly smell it in the rooms. Hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room. The staff is kind and courteous. No issues really except that it looks as if it could use some fixing up due to wear and tear. Overall I would stay there again as its location is very convenient to a number of tech companies there.

The major issue with yhis hotel is the lack of English speaking employees. While I do not expect evrry employee to spesk Enhlish, it would be helpful if more than 1 did. The facilities were nice, clesn and well kept.

空港に市内にも20分でつきます。
空港にも市内にも近く、とてもいい立地です。新しいホテルですので、とてもキレイでした。次回北京出張時、また利用したいと思います。

Not a great personal experience
For what I paid for I might have expected a lot. The room was spacious, clean and modern which is pretty much the only thing good I can say. If you don't know mandarin communicating with hotel staff will be a bit difficult. I am still waiting on a response from Kuntai Hotel and hotels.com about an extra 508 CAD charge on my credit card. If you want to be close to what beijing has to offer such as street foods, local restaurants, subway station or malls this is not a hotel for you. You have a 15 minute cab ride to the closest amenities if you want to walk 45m to 1 hr. Lastly, this goes for most of my WiFi connection in beijing so I'm not singling Kuntai Hotel out. It was slow. Next time I'm in beijing I will most likely stay at another hotel even though this hotel is considered 5 star it felt lacking.

L'hotel è un ottimo luogo per far perdere la pazienza a che é spesso in viaggio per lavoro. Personale non competente per assistere il personale ed enormi difficoltà di comunicazione, nessuno parla inglese. Pessima esperienza da non ripetersi mai più, anzi direi da cancellare dalla lista degli hotel di Beijin.

시내와 거리가 멀지만 공항과는 가까움. 하지만 북경 교통상황이 안좋은 탓인지 공항에서 택시로 한시간이 걸림. 지하철은 매우 빠를듯. 깨끗하고 편안했음. 하지만 서비스가 정말 별로임. 시설 굿, 위치 보통, 서비스 별로.
