A good location for price

It was an excellent choice. It is a convenience location to go many different places by public transpotaion. The room was clean, the services was outstanding, the staff were very professional, and the price was reasonable.

Pleasant stay

Overall the experience is good. Excellent service from few of the staff while a few needs to be trained. Executive lounge has very limited food and drink options. Realized that most of the food items are recycled from morning breakfast. Leakage of water from bathroom to bedroom each time we shower. Maintenance is required.

I'll only list negatives - please understand that, beyond this, my experience was wonderful! (1) The bed was a little too firm (2) The status of the room as smoking/non-smoking was a little vague (3) Communication with staff could occasionally be somewhat problematically limited given language barrier [Otherwise excellent stay!]

タワーの本館に宿泊

翌日、別の都市へ移動するため北京に一泊した際に利用しました。地下鉄の動物園駅、白石橋南駅から　どちらも10分程度。とくに治安が悪いわけではないのですが、到着が夜半にになったので少々、不気味な感じがしました。 ホテルの本館は明るくて近代的なビル、本館の横に低層階の別館が数棟あります。今回はルームアップグレイドしてもらえたので別館の予約だったのですが、本館の高層階に泊めてもらえました！ でも別館も外観ではそう悪くなく、中国らしい部屋を味わうには、これもありかな、と思いました。

Good well functioning Beijing hotel

Comfortable good option for hotel if this side of Beijing is convenient for your visit. Good food, tough the coffee shop in the lobby is pricey. Second floor Chinese restaurant great for local cuisine, while top floor revolving restaurant great for the view and atmosphere. Hotel staff fluent in English.

服务以及房间都极差。再也不会住这里了。

服务员没有笑容，房间里的浴帽、牙刷等必用品常常忘记放在房间里。住了七天没换过被套枕套和床单。卫生间的卫生纸也不给足。于是陈旧破烂。

Great hotel with a great service

I liked everything about this hotel. First of all, the staff was great, changed my room which was in the other building to the one I went initially. They have a huge, beautiful lobby. The standard twin room was spacious, top notch clean, beds were comfy and tall and overall the interior design was great. The bathroom was lovely, with separate shower and a bathtub, and good closets to put our suitcases. I would book this hotel again and again, especially for the deal we got, it was worth it

Not bad, can visit again

Chose Xiyuan Hotel as we brought our overseas suppliers with us. Had our meals at VIP Level which was good. However when checking out, the service was very slow and we waited for a long time. Hope they can improve on that area.
