「The hotel location is very good, in the very center of the old city of Beirut. The staff are kind and helpful. the room is fine but the carpet was a bit derty. The room do not even have a bottle of free water, if arrive late and tired have to go out to buy water, that's very bad.」

I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust.
