Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind and helpful, especially the reception team. The location was excellent, close to the beaches and restaurants, making it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The receptionists and the valets are very helpful. Charbel at the front desk is an outstanding customer service and front desk operator. The staff all over were very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was good for me; I like low temperature 18C is good enough for me. The room was cleaned every time I hanged the sign "Make room please" As far as business friendly probably a desk set up in the room will be helpful to use computers while sitting. I reserved the most economical rate since I was not planning to use the room daytime, it was for sleeping and showering before bed and upon rising. Next trip I will plan some vacation days and enjoy the property and the surroundings with a view to the bay of Jounieh and its amazing sunset.
