早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便

Shower thermostat didnt work, knob had also fallen off the dial. Very noisy and there was hoovering going on very early in the morning which spoilt sleep. Room was very overly warm and stuffy. Lovely comfy bed though

This hotel was very good, an easy bus ride from the city, staff were friendly and helpful, room was good. No complaints, all well. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but had dinner in the restaurant and it was good if somewhat expensive. The bar is pricey but was nice to sit and enjoy a quiet drink.

The receptionist on duty was absolutely lovely and so very helpful as we had a few questiins re getting to ferry etc the next morning. Spacious room. Great secure parking. Great location across the road from Stormont. 20 mins from ferry and not much more to Belfast city centre. Would stay again

The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay.

When we checked in there were cookie crumbs on the carpet in the room. We had to ask the front desk twice to come vacuum the carpet. Some of the linen was marked up. It just felt like this was once a very high end hotel, but that it has aged a bit and hasn’t been rejuvenated. The breakfast was very nice, and most of the staff were friendly.

The Stormont is in a lovely situation and is a modern hotel, but there is no air con throughout the building, including the rooms, which I cannot understand. I left the windows open which didn’t help much given the heat, and was awoken at 5am by delivery trucks. Breakfast is good but it’s £14 for a buffet. Again the breakfast room was boiling. I’d avoid it in future in summer I’m afraid.
