Bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous devions passer une nuit à Belfort en famille pour un baptème, l'appartement nous a permis d'être réunis au même endroit et proches du centre sans nous ruiner

ma fille a été déçu

au lieu de pouvoir prendre l'appartement à 15h comme prévu ma fille a été contacté par la propriétaire qui lui a dis que l'appartement ne serait disponible qu'à 18h. les précédents locataires n'auraient pas rendu l'appartement à temps et il y avait le ménage à faire. Ses 3 enfants ne bas âge ont dû faire leur sieste dans leur voiture !!!! Je tiens un bar-restaurant donc aucune possibilité de coucher les petits. Lorsque ma fille et mes petits enfants ont pris possession des lieux le ménage était limite, le lave vaisselle même pas vidé, la douche sale( toute verte) des traces de mains sur les mains, le revêtement mural arraché dans le couloir des communs, etc. Ma fille m'envoie les photos qu'elle a prise et je vous les transfèrerais si vous le souhaitez. Donc déception aucune comparaison possible avec les photos figurant sur votre site. Etant un professionnel de l'hôtellerie je suis vraiment déçu de la prestation. La prochaine fois je réserverais dans un gîte ou une chambre d'hôte que je pourrais visiter au préalable. Très cordialement, G.GERARD
