「Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! In addition, the hotel's front desk female staff even less commendable, because she was very helpful, because I do not make a long distance phone call to the driver, I hope she can help, she finally did not help me, I'm your customer, why not help me?」

「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

「Spacious and well equipped rooms with a beautiful view of the Hyde Park and London Eye. Sumptuous breakfast. Classy location, walk down to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shops & restaurants. It’s just outside the Knightsbridge Tube station. All staff members are extremely helpful and ready to serve, especially Ruston. The cabs and Uber services are terrific. They could improve on the refund policy. I had to cancel a room for 9 nights, within just 24 hours of booking but both Expedia and Hotel...

「Decent area and good level of decor on the building especially communal kitchen 3 flights of stairs and a shared bathroom were a downside but will be mindful if I book here again 」

「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」

「10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt. 」

「This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms.」
