Great golfing location!

Furnishings new, nice and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need. Condo is right on golf course and in a great location. Our second time at this rental and will be back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful inside and outside

This place is a gem! Just 15 min outside of Bentonville in the middle of a beautiful forest with hike and bike paths, golf course, swimming pools, and more. The condo has modern and warm decorations, is cozy and comfortable, and fully equipped. It's a great place for families! Super good deal, too. Can't wait to visit again.

Golf getaway

Came to enjoy the area and the many golf courses. This home made for a comfortable and well-equipped place to relax and return each day. While here, we had an emergency and the management was incredibly helpful and flexible with adjusting our stay, which made it much easier to deal with. I am appreciative!

Bella Vista Condo Rental

Condo is located on 5th Fairway of Brittany Golf Course. We found house very clean, beautiful decor, & fully furnished & would highly recommend it. I thought there would be a gas grill available but only had a Weber grill, which had to go buy charcoal & not as handy. Also, Wi-Fi login info sent by management company was not correct but correct info was in picture frame below TV, which we found after texting management company. Also, we do not subscribe any TV apps but only to a local cable provider so TV availability was limited other than movies through Netflix, which was available. Once we got past these first issues, we enjoyed the stay. It is located in more residential area and away from business & restaurants but still only took about 10 minute drive to get to.
