Beautiful View

This villa was clean and just as pictured. It was a short walk into town or we rode the small tourist train for a few euro each. We loved having a view of the lake and enjoyed our stay. We would book this location again.

Wonderful apartment on Lake Como!

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April 2025 with my wife, two small children, and my mother-in-law. The views and proximity to the water cannot be beat, and the management team was very friendly and responsive. My only word of advice would be for potential renters to do some research on surrounding area before renting - the San Giovanni ferry dock is just steps away with some limited schedules to nearby towns, and there is a lovely coffee shop with helpful staff and a couple of restaurants nearby, but you will need a car to get to the property and nearby towns (including Bellagio). Beyond that, I only wish he had scheduled a few more days here - it went by too quickly!

We loved the beautiful villa! During a boat tour, our torque god said this is the oldest villa and Bellagio. There are quite a bit of stairs to go up so if you can’t carry your luggage upstairs, this would not be your villa. We love the views and everything from our room. The living room views are phenomenal. To get to the main area of Bellagio we kept taking the little tram that runs every 30 minutes. There’s only a few places to eat in the area. Literally, I only saw three places. Which we ate at all three.The train ride to the main town only takes about six minutes! And when she take the train back to the area, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes round-trip. It would’ve been easier to stay in the heart of Bellagio, however, we did enjoy our stay here as well!

Spacious, clean and comfortable villa with gorgeous view

This villa is in a cute little hamlet (San Giovanni) about a 5ish minute drive from the heart of Bellagio. The hosts were very communicative and made the check in process quick and easy. The property is very secluded and quiet but also an easy to walk into San Giovanni just outside of the gate. There is a ferry there that you can take to Bellagio or other towns on the lake. The apartment itself is well equipped with the exception of an oven. The AC units are in the bedrooms so you have to leave the doors open to cool the living area. They're also clearly programmed to not go below a certain temperature, so the master bedroom at night was a little warmer than we like it, but not a huge deal. The beautiful views and comfortable living space made it all and all a wonderful stay.
