The apartment, on the third floor of an elegant mansion accessible by well-kept stairs decorated with fine materials, is the perfect place to live an authentic and evocative experience and enjoy the view of Piazza Mazzini and the lake from the large and elegant windows, equipped with Art Nouveau cathedral glass doors. The entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to the different rooms: the first bedroom with a four-poster queen-size bed and a closet, a fully equipped gym, and the second bedroom with a single bed. Finally, guests enter the bright living area, which includes a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and a spacious living room with sofa and dining table.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
