“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“I cannot say enough about Roberta, the apartment and the location! First, Roberta was such a kind and thoughtful host. In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. I had asked about storing luggage should we arrive early; Roberta said absolutely no issue. She ended up being there to greet us and provide us with the grand tour of the beautiful apartment. “Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side.
