“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“Friendly staff, full kitchen with all necessary equipment (ovens, microwave, commercial sized fridge, freezers, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc) basic but clean and well serviced bathrooms (great water pressure & hot hot water), plenty of couches to sit and chill out. Awesome location walking distance to shops and pier / beach. Tip: take (or ask for at time of booking) a mattress topper if you plan on using bunk beds as a young child wont complain about the springs but your teenager will……

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”
