Summary:
Step into an opulent escape nestled within the prestigious Grossman's Ridge Estate, just 10 minutes from Torquay's vibrant shopping areas and pristine beaches. Embrace modern aesthetics, showcased by signature brass chandeliers in the Great Room. Dive into the open plan spaces, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor decks. Coupled with top-tier amenities, a huge backyard, and proximity to reserve parkland, this residence offers a harmonious blend of style, functionality, and nature's tranquility.

The Space:
Enter a world where contemporary architecture meets elegance. As you step inside, you're greeted by signature brass round chandeliers in the entry and the expansive Great Room. These lighting marvels, reminiscent of the Art Deco period but reimagined for modern tastes, set the tone for the entire house. Linear chandeliers gracefully adorn the kitchen, their minimalist design housing bulbs that cast a warm, candle-like glow.

The heart of our home, the Great Room, encompasses an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that seamlessly flows onto sheltered south and west deck alfresco zones, complete with a BBQ. It's an entertainer's dream. A Lopi gas log fireplace, combined with split system heating and cooling in the main space and three other distinct areas, guarantee comfort no matter the season.

Culinary enthusiasts will adore the kitchen and adjoining butler's pantry, which sport custom burnished brass hardware, a Caesarstone benchtop, and a magnificent 3-metre island bench. Outfitted with two ovens, an integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine, and copious storage space, it's both functional and chic.

The single-storey layout houses three bedrooms, all beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels (BYO beach towels). The master bedroom, featuring a Super King bed, is accentuated with rain pendants — glass capsules that encapsulate bulbs, producing a radiant shine reminiscent of raindrops. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third is equipped with a Single bed and an additional trundle. An auxiliary home office doubles as a workspace and has a Queen Sofa bed available upon request.

For guests' convenience, there's an additional powder room off the third living area, which houses a full-size pool table and a drinks fridge.

Every facility has been considered for ultimate comfort. All toilets come with bidet functions and luxurious heated seats. An equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer ensures you have all you need for longer stays. And when it's time to unwind, the media room, complete with an 80-inch Smart TV, invites you for movie nights on a plush lounge suite.

This residence isn't just about indoor luxury. An enormous, fenced backyard awaits children at play and a well-behaved pet by request, while the reserve parkland opposite promises serene strolls. And within the estate, a playground and communal BBQ zone further enhance your stay.

Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is 6.5km away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 50mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Our home is located approx 4.5km from the Surf Coast Highway and 10km from Bells Beach.
Off-street parking available for 2 cars (garage is locked/not available for parking).
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
