“The owner has multiple studios on site and there was confusion as I had been moved to a different place. The place I got was much smaller than I anticipated and he did refund me some money due to the issue. He communicated throughout the process. The place is clean and in a great location off of Magazine Street which made it easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. ”

“We stayed 2 nights here. The unit was extremely clean and had a lot of time and love invested into it. The layout was in that of the iconic shot gun style home. Bed in master could use an update. Balcony: Table was broken with pieces strewn about. It took over 9 hours for mgmt to reply, and two days and more emails before a replacement table was delivered. “Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO.
