Nice small place

The overall stay was good. The house is very small for more than 3 people. The kitchen is very tight but well stocked. There was no fans or ac in any of the rooms besides the master bedroom so the place got very hot quick. There are ring cameras outside which is pretty standard BUT the one facing the hottub is not cool. The location is amazing with the creek right across the small street. Plenty of parking.

Springtime perfection

Design and decor was so lovely. The setting and hospitality the home offered was divine. The property is an easy drive to the PSU campus yet quiet and secluded for relaxing and enjoying nature. We had the best weekend. Thank you.

PSU vs WVU game

The place was adorable. loved the setting by the creek. Best part for us is we had no problem getting Ubers to pick us up and drop us off in state college during busy game weekend!

Peaceful retreat

Location along the stream was so relaxing. Inside the house was cozy but decorated really well. The beds and pillows were without question, the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, B n B or rental! Everyone slept great. Enjoyed the firepit & the hit tub too. Highly recommend staying here.

Football Weekend

Great location away from the downtown madness. Traffic to game (2 hrs before kickoff) wasn’t bad…about 45 min ride. Quiet except for the lovely babbling creek. Hot tub + creek + fall morning= perfect. Will absolutely stay here again.
