On Bellingham Bay high above Squalicum beach and pier. Located within two miles of Bellingham restaurants, supermarket,and Marina. Ten minute walk to Squalicum Pier and Park. Great hiking. Three bedrooms plus downstairs den with rollaway couch. Sleeps up to 7 with heated floor bathrooms. Perfect for one or two families. Almost all furniture and beds are brand new June 2026. Deluxe kitchen with custom granite counters and full amenities. Two car garage with parking up to 8 cars in driveway. Front and back yards beautifully landscaped. Enjoy sailboats, kite surfers, and train (no horns). Luxury living on the ocean. 30 day minimum.
