「I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect.」

「We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. 「We came into town for the annual Scottish Highland games. This was the perfect location to town and the quick drive to the fairgrounds. The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is not on a through street. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely book again.」

「Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience.」

「Ridgeview is an amazing property located perfectly on the edge of Estes Park proper. Fully equipped and very clean with super comfy beds! Owner was proactive in notifying us of an issue and handled it quickly. The back deck was definitely our favorite spot - mornings meant watching the sunrise on the mountains with a steamy cup of coffee and evenings were spent enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. Bonus was the huge heard of elk (100) that moved right past the property one evening - so...

「The property was beautiful and amazing , The scenery absolutely gorgeous . We truly appreciate our stay ! Definitely would recommend any family to reserve this property! During our stay we drove nearby and saw a moose and her calf in pond . That was one of our many highlights. 」

「Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. 」
