  • A luxurious and modern home away from home. This newly constructed and fully furnished rental unit is immaculate and a must see. Located 1.5 blocks from beach; this spacious 6 bedrooms, 3 baths (Sleeps 12) rental has an open floor plan with a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more).
    Covered back and front porches and fully landscaped yard, patio, outdoor kitchen with bar top seating, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Great for large family gatherings or entertainment. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more).
    There is an additional refrigerator and ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
    We provide a free early check in amenity –we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date.
    Unit has 500 HD channels and a 1G WIFI service. (Verizon Fios)
    Unit includes bed linens and bath towels.
    Plenty of board games for big and small kids.
    Beach goodness - 6 beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cart.

What an incredible place! They truly didn’t miss a trick with this place! The residence was exemplary.., the kitchen was spotless and they just made you feel WELCOME! The location is bar none better than anyplace I’ve stayed in NJ! I would definitely put this in the top 5 all time best rentals! Trust me- you won’t be sorry!!!

Great property convenient to Belmar beach and boardwalk. Beautiful kitchen, multiple bedrooms. Three bathrooms, on en suite.Plenty of towels, umbrellas and boogie boards, as well as beach wagons.The owner is friendly and available, rapidly took care of minor issues.A great place for a large family vacation. Only ding is some late night noise from the neighbors

Great Long Weekend Stay

Stayed in this beautiful home with friends & family for the long weekend. The home is fabulous! The beautiful backyard with covered porch was key. The house was super clean, fully stocked, and great location - near beach, bars and restaurants.Frank is terrific host. He met us at check in, gave us a tour of the unit and showed us all the amenities.I would definitely recommend this property and plan to rent again!

A great stay at Belmar Beach area.

Excellent! Frank and Michelle who owns the property and also lives in the upstairs apartment in this property are hands on in ensuring a great vacation. It was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and great restaurants are walking distance. The house was fully stocked with all supplies to make for a very relaxing and pain free stay. I Highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect!!

This home was everything I was expecting and more. I honestly can’t improve on a thing. Frank is an amazing host and couldn’t be more friendly or more accommodating. He even installed a piece of lattice to keep our family pet safe in the backyard. Plenty of towels and paper products for our group of ten. The ocean was particularly rough during our stay and the lifeguards were top notch with 7 rescues. The boardwalk is perfect for morning and evening walks. Our stay was was perfect from start to finish!!

Family Fun at the Jersey Shore

The house is beautiful, completely redone. It had enough bedrooms for all of us. Could have used one more bath on 2nd floor but we managed. The kitchen had high end appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. More cabinets to store our groceries would have been preferred so they didn’t end up all over the large island. The backyard is spacious - a little buggy this time of year and the trees drop a lot of debris. Helps that the covers for the couches are right there. The landlord being in the attached unit had its advantages when we had questions or needed beach towels. Because our 5 grandchildren were with us, it would have been nice to have another comfy area to relax in.

Excellent Belmar Beach Rental

This property is amazing! Extremely clean with every attention to detail. It has a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and fully equipped with all cookware and entertaining needs. The owner, Frank has put much thought into the design, furnishings, amenities, and comfort of his property for guests. The rental has chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and anything you may need for your beach vacation. Frank is a very accommodating host that goes out of his way to make sure guests are enjoying themselves. The location is perfect within a block to the beach. The outdoor patio is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping, built-in grill, and covered porch. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this property.

Totally Awesome

Property, location, home accommodations, and especially Frank were all totally awesome. We had a fantastic family vacation and took full advantage of the very comfortable 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, with a wonderful living space, and a great backyard and outdoor shower.

Perfect Stay

Our experience was perfect. The house was clean and came equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal - a block and a half from the beach. Frank and Michele were incredibly host. We have already made plans to rent one of their other properties this summer. Simply - you can go wrong renting this house or renting with Frank and Michele.

An Amazing Summer!

The house, the owners, the location - all perfect! Everything is in amazing condition. You are a “stone’s throw” from the beach and a walk to Main Street. If there was an issue with anything on the house the owner was there instantly. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable - and they succeeded! If you can rent this do it! 100% recommended.

Great House - Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay! Frank, the owner, met us at the house as we checked in and showed us around and was completely accessible during the week if we needed anything. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room, dining area and window seats in the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and grilling in the yard. The location was perfect for us – just a block and half walk to the beach, and a few blocks from town. The owners also provided plenty of beach chairs and a cart for us to use. We had a great week!

5 star house!!!!

Everything from beginning to end was seamless. Walked into an immaculate home!!! Property had high end appliances. Extra ice maker was a huge plus. Bathrooms with two rain shower heads were second to none. Having a great outdoor space to grill nightly was an extra bonus. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit & enjoy. Even though our stay was during a short lived hurricane, our vacation was uninterrupted because of the backup generator. House was fully stocked with just about everything!! Having PLENTY of bath towels & bed linens was just another great asset. The best part of the house was dealing with Frank, the owner. He was very accommodating, greeted us as we arrived to show us around. easy access to him with any questions during our stay. If your debating on staying in this beautiful home, don’t! It won’t disappoint.
