A beautiful 5 bedroom house with 3.5 bathrooms tastefully decorated to make your vacation feel luxurious, relaxing and entertaining for everyone in the family.

This spacious and clean home offers sleeping accommodations for adults plus children. There is a game room with multiple arcade games on the first floor. Fun selfie wall decorations in multiple rooms. A large 3rd floor loft with multiple twin beds for kids to play while adults enjoy food and cocktails in the swanky kitchen, firepit or outdoor Tiki Bar!!

Our home has the highest cleaning standards. Every surface is wiped down, cleaned and sanitized. Our linens are washed and rotated between every single stay. Every mattress and pillow has an encasement.

The Location

The house is a 10 min walk to the beach, a 5 min walk to the lake (Lake Como), 20 min walk to Spring Lake downtown, 12 blocks to the train station. Walking distance to the multiple restaurants and bars.

Fantastic House, Great Location!

We enjoyed both Belmar and Spring Lake as this home is situated right at the border. We enjoyed walks around the beautiful Lake Como and the very short walk to the playground/ park to play basketball and pickle ball. This house was the cleanest and most stocked home with the essentials (trash bags, tp , paper towels etc. with some added bonuses) The teens loved the game room and the entire family had a great time relaxing in the backyard. We would definitely recommend and return!

Perfect Family Beach House in Belmar

This “Soprano” house in Belmar is the ultimate family beach house in Belmar! It was our first time in the Jersey shore so the themed wall art was fitting! Big selling points are the backyard, outdoor shower, game room, loft, and of course the proximity to Belmar Beach and Lake Como! Home is well equipped with kitchen and laundry basics as well as board games and beach supplies! The home is very clean! Suggested improvement includes get an ant exterminator (trash needs to be taken out nightly or else ants will find it; and ensure grill is working properly before guests check in.(we were instructed to replace batteries and/or propane. We had trouble so couldn’t use it. We cooked inside instead. We would have loved a garbage disposal otherwise an amazing house overall, and we will return!

Memorial Day Weekend

We traditionally spend MDW in Belmar with friends and family. This house was perfect for our stay. There were 3 couples with our adult kids and their friends. The house was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. The loft and game room were a hit! The house is spacious and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. It is a brief walk / bike ride to the beach, restaurants and bars. The owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. I would definitely rent this house again.

Family vacay

Our family enjoyed all of the amenities and space this home offered us. We were a family of 8 and it was perfect especially the game room. The location was perfect with many restaurants very close by & were fortunate to try a few. We can’t wait to come back to Belmar and hope to stay here again. I did have a few questions & the owner was very prompt to respond. Thanks again for an awesome stay.

The best house we've ever rented.

We were not only impressed with hiw clean it was but how spacious. The pictures dont do it justice. Its huge. Loved the fenced-in back yard for the small children. The large kitchen island was perfect for our family. Loved everything about this house and looking at our schedules to nook afain for next year.

Perfect Place

Stayed here with family and had such a great time. The home is beautiful, clean, and provides such a great setup for larger groups, especially with children! Every room was clean and the place had plenty of space for sleeping/hang out areas. The game room was a great spot for kids to play and the kitchen/backyard setup was just what we needed to hang out and cook dinners. The host was also very responsive and helpful with any questions! Overall, really nice stay.

Excellent summer long weekend

The house exceeded our expectations— it’s perfectly size for 2-3 families or other big groups with a big backyard. Clean and very comfortable and just a short drive to Belmar beach and other beaches nearby. We had a wonderful, easy stay and great communication with the host.

Awesome place!!

We had a wonderful time staying here! There was a lot of space for the whole family, and we all really enjoyed the game room! The house was very clean, and Arpan was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is located in a great area, close to the beach & lake, and near all kinds of fun activities for the kids. Great house, just as described!

My family and I stayed here for five days prior to Memorial Day. The house was great, pretty much just as described. We had some extended family over for a Mother’s Day brunch and it was perfect for hosting. Lots of room to spread out and the game room was a great bonus!

Perfect house for large families!

This house was perfect our family! The owner was very accommodating as we were a last minute booking after learning of a death in the family and several of us were coming in from out of town so it was comforting that we could all be together in one house during a difficult time. The game room was a great way to unwind and spend time together. The kitchen is very well stocked which was great as we ate most of our meals at the house. We would definitely book this house again but hopefully for a vacation next time.

Making memories

The wonderful thing about getting together with family is that YOU are the memory maker. This is a great house to make your memories in,,,my entire family enjoyed themselves - close to everything! Huge supermarket a few blocks away...the beach is a few blocks away and there was ample parking for everyone! This place was immaculate. You won't be disappointed. I'm happy we made our memories here!
