Overall this is a great resort. It’s not a high-rise but more like mini studios. The resort is big and we ended up on the far end of the property. What I didn’t appreciate was that we had to struggle with our luggages on foot to get to our room. The frontdesk didn’t offer a mini gold cart of sorts ...

The staff was amazing and very, very helpful. The negative was the AC did not work in the one bedroom. They tried to get it fixed but it never worked.
