"The queen size bed was fine if you can sleep in the center. We were two people sleeping on a queen mattress fighting the slope on either side. The room was otherwise clean, up to date and pleasant. Ask for an odd room on the West side to see the sunset. "

"Good experience overall, and very easy to send them with my car. Overall found the place a little grungy for the price like there was a stain on the carpet and something on the wall that looked spilled. Not disgusting just not spotless I would say. The coffee was never there in the morning it felt like and that was a little annoying. However overall good experience, felt safe and comfortable so good experience overall."

"We had a really good stay at this Best Western near Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums. The location was very convenient right off I-70 and 435, and it was easy to find even arriving late at night. There’s also a Taco Bell basically in the parking lot, which ended up being perfect for grabbing a quick late-night snack after getting in. The hotel itself may not be the most newly updated property, but everything was surprisingly clean and very well-kept, both in our room and throughout the lobby and common areas. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, it was honestly excellent. They had a wide variety of hot options including biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and waffles, along with plenty of continental choices like cereal, yogurt, granola, toast, and drinks. There was also a bar and grill on-site that looked very good, though we didn’t have time to try it during this trip. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a Chiefs or Royals game, this would be an excellent place to stay since the stadiums are basically right across the street and easily walkable."

"Dogs running around without lashes. Peeing everywhere. 2nd floor carpet off the elevator smell terrible. No shampoo. I had to ask front desk. No tissue paper had to use toilet paper. No housekeeping. Fight broke out in the lobby over a dog not on a lash and the person at counter just watched and did nothing. No police were called ... just terrible. Overall, just terrible. Felt like I was in East St Louis."
