This self-contained riverside retreat sits directly beside the River Erne, offering a calm and contemporary place to stay by the water. Originally an artist’s studio, it has been thoughtfully converted into a relaxed open-plan space that makes the most of its riverside setting.



Relax in a king-size four-poster bed beside the wood-burning stove, with a seating area for reading or watching the river. Or draw down the screen for a movie night on the projector.



The kitchenette includes a fridge, Smeg kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine with milk frother and a multi-function oven with air fryer and grill functions. There is no hob, and frying is not done in the studio due to the open-plan layout.



The space includes a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.



Outside, guests have their own private deck overlooking the river, ideal for slow mornings, evening drinks, or simply enjoying the peaceful waterside setting whilst having a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The jetty is just a few steps away, where guests often take a swim or sit by the water and watch boats pass along the Erne.



The chalet is best suited to couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet retreat by the water.



Bikes are included in your stay, kayaks and boats for fishing or exploring are also available for hire.
