    Enjoy the Private deck with views of the lake and connected access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail. FREE use of Kayaks as well!

    Comes furnished with fast WiFi, a King size bed, Smart TVs, electric fireplace, Keurig coffee and all the cooking essentials. Seamless, self check-in is provided.
    Morning coffee overlooking the lake is the best! Keep an eye out for eagles!

Walk, bike or snowmobile on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.

    No smoking on premise. Cancellation policy is firm.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Breezy Hills. Great location on the Lake and close to shops and restaurants in Bemidji. The hosts were quick with responses and provided so many thoughtful touches around the condo (we especially appreciated the well stocked coffee bar 😊). Would definitely stay again!

Ladybug mansion

This place was fantastic. The views were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the couch sucked us in. We even had 20ish roommates in the form of lady bugs.

Great location with amazing sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy Point. The condo was very comfortable and the location worked very well for us. There was plenty of room and storage. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens available. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and cool mornings. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Bemidji.

We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Hills! It was great to have such close access to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and Lake Bemidji. The large patio overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to relax, read a book, and visit with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having two bathroom sinks was very convenient. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. She loved wading and swimming in the lake, and the nice, big yard gave her room to explore.Bemidji happened to be under an extreme heat warning while we were there, and sustained temperatures in the 90s are unusual for the area. We were grateful for the main air conditioner and the one in the primary bedroom. However, it was rather uncomfortable for our family members sleeping in the smaller bedroom. A window air conditioner and/or ceiling fan would have helped greatly, but at least there were box fans to get some air moving.That said, we did appreciate the very comfortable bed and pillows! Thanks for a fun and relaxing place to stay in Bemidji.

There wasn’t a path to bbq. Kleenex would be nice or toilet paper that isn’t like sandpaper. We thought it would be a working fireplace, but just electric. No dish soap either. Otherwise was a nice place and great location

We spent over a week to bike the Paul Bunyan and Heartland trails. Because the weather didn't cooperate early, they worked with us to extend our stay. The Paul Bunyan Trail crosses the driveway, and the lake is on the other side. We spent a couple evenings on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset.The accommodations were perfect for this trip. The communication was excellent as we had questions along the way. They gave us use of a garage to store our bikes when not in use. My brother and wife stayed across from us for a couple days, so the trip was full. It was their first use of a VRBO, but it won't be their last.There are so many recreational opportunities in this area. It was our first time in this part of Minnesota, but we're already talking about a return trip, and this will be the place we'll stay again. We highly recommend the place.
