"A very pleasant stay."

"TO BE CLEAR, I wouldn't rate the room itself as "terrible;" I would rate it as "poor." I gave it the rating I did to try and lower the overall average to something more accurate. Perhaps it was my fault for not thinking "very good" could include thin, worn out sheets with small stains and a few hairs (dog, I believe). Maybe rust on metal parts, and a cigarette hole in the bedspread still qualifies for "very good."...but maybe that's just me."

"I dont appreciate rat droppings in the bed. And getting over charged wasn't right either. Expedia will do nothing to help. "

"The motel was located in a rough side of town. Looked like old adobe rooms. Very little parking. The rating on your site appears to be inflated. The interior was clean, the beds were very hard. The pillows were extremely flat and worn out. Tv, micro wave, bathroom were newish and serviceable."
