"Jason's property is a spacious and very clean apartment to stay. Its location is in the prestigious area of Benahavis. It is located in a beautiful, green and very quiet area, close to golf courses. The apartment is practically furnished and fully equipped, such as an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The communal swimming pool is set in a beautiful tropical garden. An excellent apartment for a wonderful holiday on the Costa de Sol."

"La maison est parfaite : très spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle...il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux...). Le cadre est magnifique. Pour les enfants c'est top, il y a une aire de jeux avec trampoline et balançoires, sans oublier la piscine... Un grand merci à Anne et Philip! Très sympathiques, bienveillants, à l'écoute et prêts à aider si besoin...bref, ils savent accueillir. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation! Merci et à bientôt ;)"

"Lovely hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean and within a gated community we felt very secure. A peaceful location in the mountains not too far from the beach but you would need a hire car. We very much enjoyed our months stay, the facilities provided everything we required. Great value for money would highly recommend."

"Apartment was spacious, clean and had all that was needed to make our holiday a fantastic experience.Stunning master bedroom on top floor with walk in wardrobe, large en suite, hugh balcony with views to the sea, seating and sun beds.First floor two very spacious bedrooms, one at front with views over golf course, and one at back with views to sea and access to balcony with beds and dinning table, also on this floor main bathroom. Living room large with dinning table, and access to balcony.Kitchen was well laid out with seperate utility and everything you could want to make your stay comfortable.Pool area across from apartments was clean, well laid out with plenty of beds, toilets, and very large pool, with seperate small child pool.Access to Puerto Banus was easy, as was the many beaches to choose from, our favourite was down at Estepona as had great restaurants, easy parking at 1 for all day, plus water sports entertainment if you wanted it.The real gems in the area is Marbella Old Town which comes alive at night, what a great atmosphere with beuatiful sights and restaurants and Banahavis, with its small streets and relaxed atmosphere.Dealing with Kim during the booking, stay and post holiday process was very easy, great communication and would highly recommend."

"Overall a good stay. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. There is no cafe, restaurant on site or in walking distance so you will need a car or get a taxi to shops. Our first room air con has broken and smelt quite badly but we were quickly moved to another room. Be aware do not park on the road outside, we were advised it was ok by a security guard but got a ticket! "

"Fourth visit to Colina del Paraiso, flying into Malaga then renting a car to get to the property. Apartments are clean, large and well equipped and with good aircon. Three pools to choose from. Tennis courts, football pitch, pool tables, bar and restaurant with great view. We had a car (you really need one if staying here self catering) and love this place as a base. Perfect. "

"Very good hotel, would recommend as we have stayed at many hotels around the world. Very tidy the staff are very attentive. We asked the reception for extra towels and we just got back to our room when they arrived! Very quick actions on any query. Large selection in the buffet area. The only downside is it’s extremely busy at dining times so can be very noisy but overall a very good hotel."

"My wife and I booked for an extended stay to escape the worst of the UK winter weather and the apartment was exactly aa described and had everything we could possibly have needed.Our host was easily contactable and answered and resolved a couple of questions that we had. You can book with total confidence and we can only recommend it for your break in this beautiful area of the Costa del Sol. "
