Se puede mejorar , y mucho , en; utensilios de cocina , armarios, productos de limpieza para el baño, etc , lo que vemos en las fotos no corresponde. Eso si el propietario muy amable y puntual.

Benalmadena

This three bedroom apartment was very clean and suited the needs of 7 visitors, although one bathroom did present some minor inconveniences at times. Located approximately a 15 minute downhill walk to the heart of the marina with grocery stores within 7 minutes. Our hosts were very welcoming and available to answer questions if needed.

Fijne vakantie

We hebben een heel fijne en lange vakantie gehad in dit fijne en ruime appartement. Er was ook nog een mooi uitzicht. Jose is een vriendelijke en goede host. Hij reageert direct als er eens een probleempje is en lost het onmiddellijk op. Leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving en bij de gezellige haven. We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad in Benalmadena.

Generalmente todo estaba perfecto

El apartamento es chiquitito, acogedor, lo necesario para mi y mis amigas. Estaba todo aparentemente limpio pero nosotras que sufrimos alergias notamos el ambiente un poco cargado no sabemos si era polvo o que podía ser. El resto todo genial, la cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario, el baño pequeño pero también con todo lo necesario. El cuarto principal muy cómodo y espacioso, las camas de las otras dos habitaciones no eran lo más cómodo pero suficiente para cubrir nuestras necesidades. El trato con el propietario perfecto.

Great apartment, awesome location.

Nice apartment, really convenient for Marina, bars and shopping. Very competitively prices and had everything we needed. Owner is extremely responsive and our several, covid forced, date changes were no issue whatsoever. Highly recommended.

No pudimos elegir mejor!

Siempre atentos a nuestras preguntas desde antes de hacer la reserva. Marina nos recibió y encantadora explicándonos en donde teníamos cada sitio para ir. El apartamento está muy bien y cerca de todo, playa, puerto... desde luego que repetiría sin pensarlo.

El pero la ubicacion.

Bien en general. El unico pero la ubicacion, si bien se encuentra proximo a la playa (300m) el camino es muy incomodo por lo costoso de sus cuestas.

Two graphic designers on a work holiday

We are two graphic designers from Finland. We spent 3,5 weeks in Jose’s flat in Benalmadena on a work holiday, enjoying the sunlight :) The view from the flat is awesome. Furthermore, the location is great, surrounded by little restaurants everywhere and the nearby beach and bus stops. You can travel to Torremolinos in only 15 minutes! The train station (Arroyo de la Miel) is 25 minutes walk away from the flat. As we were working there, we would have expected the internet connection to be a bit faster. Especially in the small bedroom the connection was occasionally rather poor, the connection dropped often and transferring files was challenging. However, watching Netflix was smooth. The flat itself is nice, clean and convenient. It would need a little facelift though: for example the shower cabin is a bit shabby, frying pans are old and there could be more coat racks, towels and sheets. We also missed scissors, a toaster and a vacuum cleaner. It’s good to know that one of the bed rooms is meant for children: the bed is a short one. In the other small bed room there is no bedside table and the lamp is not working. However, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this place for everyone. Great place to stay

This place really suited our needs. The owner was extremely responsive both before we arrrived and during our stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the TV and internet are excellent. There were worldwide issues with IPTV during our stay and so we used Prime Video and Netflix ( this was better than we have ever had even in a 4-star hotel) on the smart TV on the evenings when we wanted to stay in during the evening. We have 6 devices connected to the internet and all worked fine. I could even stream my VirginMedia Live TV on my phone and use facetime to call home. The balcony was great and there were shops and places to eat nearby. The Mad Ass Irish Bar lower down the hill serves teriffic food and the main street is just down the hill and the marina is a walking distance. We would definitely stay again. All the neighbours were friendly. We used a direct private transfer from the airport, which is a much better than Jet2 picking up at other hotels. It is the first time we have booked a private rent and it was a real home-from-home. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Adecuado

He pasado tres noches con mi familia. El piso está muy bien, cerca de la playa, aunque la cuesta es considerable, pero en Benalmadena...todo son cuestas. El parking es exterior y algo alejado de este piso en concreto, no tiene plazas asignadas, por lo que la última noche llegamos y nos quedamos sin plaza. Es un tercero sin ascensor, cosa a tener en cuenta si viajas con bebés y niños pequeños (yo llevaba 3). Pero el piso estaba bastante bien equipado, tenía televisión a la carta, Netflix. Los anfitriones muy agradables, atentos y correctos, muy amables. Perdonas aconsejables

Great location

The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and kitchen was very modern. The only issues were the couch was uncomfortable and the tv kept breaking down. All in all it was a great stay in Benalmadena and the location of the apartment was perfect.

Excellent apartment!

We have just spent 4 weeks in this apartment and were very comfortable indeed. It is ideally placed for the seafront, marina, Bonanza square, restaurants, supermarkets and buses to Fuengirola, Mijas, Torre and Malaga. There is even a local bar, Jayne’s, where prices are reasonable and they are very friendly and welcoming. Our only issue was that the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so we did find lugging our shopping up the stairs quite a pain. We were aware of this before we came, though. Apart from that, we definitely recommend this apartment.
