For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 05.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: Available: bicycles (5). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.3 km, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Residence with electric gates.

Geweldig mooi en comfortabel huis.

Het was een bijzonder prettig verblijf en het contact met de eigenaar was heel leuk. We kregen ook een rondleiding en wine-tasting op zijn bedrijf, il Generale. Indrukwekkend. Kleine aantekening, geen laadpunt voor de auto en geen fietsen. Maar fietsen in die omgeving is sowieso niet echt een optie.
