Hotel was nice and clean. Food was 10/10 We didn’t get to use all facilities as was only staying a few days, but from what we used and seen everything was spot on highly recommend.

Hard mattress one side and soft mattress the other side. A bit noisy from street. Breakfast was not high quality. Staff were excellent very friendly. Location great for Benidorm Palace.

Internet WiFi didn't work. Great location. Rooms clean but no amenities like kettle, iron, ironing board etc but not really a problem. Had a fridge and plenty of shops around.
