The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has an entrance hall with air conditioning. Two rooms have sloping ceilings with heights ranging from 110 to 230 cm, each containing a king-size bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan. Another room with sloping ceilings, ranging from 110 to 220 cm high, has two twin beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan. The final room on this level has sloping ceilings between 110 and 202 cm high, with a king-size bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan. There is also a shower/WC on the upper floor.
