It is best for 8 to 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and additinal double sofa bed in the living room. It has 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. On the ground floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, game room, one double bedroom, one bathroom and one toilet.



On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.



In the garden you will find terrace with seating area, private pool with sun loungers and parasol , playground for children and outdoor kitchen and additional toilet. There is also a free parking space available for 3 cars.



Whole property is fully covered in A/C units with total of 6. Also there is a free WIFI connection. The property is fully fenced. One small well behaved dog is welcome with an additonal fee of 10 € per day. This villa is situated near Naturte park Vrana Lake.
